Located in the heart of Brighton, a few minutes from the seafront, this Grade A building brings together coworking floors, private offices and meeting rooms — from a single desk to a private office for a team of a hundred.
Ideal for individuals and teams who want a productive base with more to the day than a desk: a drink at the rooftop bar on a Thursday, yoga in The Globe on a weekday morning, and an on-site café for welcoming visitors.

Ship Street is Projects' dedicated office building — a Grade II listed townhouse tucked into the heart of Brighton's Lanes.
Beautifully designed and fully managed, with private offices for teams of 4 to 30, two meeting rooms of its own and an on-site gym that comes free with every office.
Nile House is a few minutes' walk away, so there are larger meeting rooms to book when the whole team is in, a café for welcoming visitors, and The Rooftop at the end of the week.

Located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, a few minutes from the station, it brings together freelancers, founders and growing teams in a thoughtfully designed environment that balances focus, collaboration and community.
Private offices for teams of 3 to 100. Office tours are available now, with coworking coming soon.
